BME @ CCNY has extensive ties to local and international industry partners. This is in part due to the world-class expertise found in our faculty, and in part due to our location in NYC. In some cases, these ties are focused on advancing research, while others are focused on student training and experiential learning.

Some of those partners are found across the Pharmaceutical Industry, including Eli Lilly and Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) and others in the Medical Device Industry, such as Boston Scientific. Yet other partners can be found in Google X and Apple.

Many of our undergraduate, Master's, and PhD students have gone on to hold successful careers in industry, launched by their training in BME @ CCNY. We are proud of our alumni, who have careers in multinational corporations and startups. Example of jobs our alumni hold are Systems Engineer, Clinical Specialist, Senior Scientist, Biomedical Instrumentation Engineer, Design Engineer, Analyst, Scientific Writer, Software Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, and others. Several have founded their own companies as well.
