ADVANCE promotes the advancement and success of faculty by supporting universities with the resources and relationships to build diverse, equitable, and inclusive evidence-driven change. Since 2001, NSF has invested in over 100 higher education institutions to increase the representation and advancement of women and underrepresented minorities in STEM.
