Career Building & HRA Fellowship Program
At CUNY EDGE, all students will receive internship, career, and experiential learning opportunities!
We are dedicated to developing and empowering our students to succeed academically and professionally. We offer a range of career support services and liaise with other on-campus programs such as the Career & Professional Development Institute (CPDI), CUNY LEADS & the Office of Student Success (OSS).

HRA Fellowship Program (HRA FP):
The Fellowship Program provides a limited number of paid opportunities for matriculated CUNY undergraduate students. The Human Resources Administration (HRA) determines if students need additional training to meet HRA’s full-time participation requirements. The HRA Fellowship Program provides a limited number of paid work opportunities for CUNY EDGE students.
Student Eligibility
- HRA determines eligibility and the number of hours each student is assigned.
Fellowship Site Placement
- CUNY EDGE staff identify available work opportunities on campus.
- We screen and match students to appropriate sites, taking into consideration their majors, interests, and experience.
- Students gain invaluable professional experience and build their resumes.
- Students are able to work up to 19 hours per week.
