President Boudreau opened the meeting at 3:00 PM and called the meeting to order.

Announcements: President Boudreau started the meeting by welcoming new members to Cabinet, Professor Ruth Stark, who has taken over from Rajan Menon the position of Chairing the Faculty Committee on Personal Matters. He also welcomed Professor Lon Mendelson who has taken over the position of Interim Librarian from Professor Daisy Dominguez.

In addition, President Boudreau welcomed two new hires to the Office of Enrollment Management and asked VP Lloyd to introduce, Dr. Naomi Nwosu-Stewart, the new Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management, and Joanna Kucharski, the new Director of Undergraduate Admissions to the Cabinet.

President Boudreau shared some information from the recent Council of President's meeting regarding new dashboards that transfer data. He stated, that one is a dashboard that will be available to students, it is outward-facing. He described it as a website that takes any class in the system and shows you what it would transfer as. As students are trying to figure out which college they want to go to as they’re coming out of the community college system, this is a way of figuring out where they’re going to get the most uptake from the classes they’ve already taken. President Boudreau also spoke about the dashboards that are not available to students.

President Boudreau discussed Governor Hochul’s State of the State address. He stated that there are things in her plan that will help the college, which are the reinstitution of TAP times students, the reinstitution of TAP for people coming out of the criminal justice system, and a gesture in the direction of continuing to close the TAP gap. President Boudreau also stated the Governor had made a strong statement earlier about the significance of SUNY and CUNY and workforce development.

President Boudreau reiterated that we are at a 50% staff occupancy until February 28, 2022, after which, we will move to 70% staff occupancy. He also mentioned that we have a student booster mandate and are being asked by CUNY that we do not disenroll students if they don’t meet the mandate.

President Boudreau informed the Cabinet that the Chancellor responded to his PMP letter with suggestions that he wanted the college to be taken under consideration.

Finally, President Boudreau spoke about this year and where we are. He stated VP Mozeleski did a presentation at the Faculty Senate meeting that laid out where we are in the Development operation. He stated, we are coming into a very consequential anniversary, May 7th will be the college's 175th anniversary and Covid permitting we will have our President’s Gala on May 5th hopefully in person. He stated he would not do a virtual gala because it would not be effective for our purposes; if not in person, it would be postponed.

President Boudreau also shared that at the gala, he would be announcing a year-long collaboration for the anniversary and also announcing the campaign for City College. He stated that the next time the Cabinet meets, we will be talking about the ways in which all the various

units of the college need to prepare for that moment. He stated it should be good preparation because this is about getting our apparatus ready to participate in a major campaign.
