ACCESS NYC is a free service that helps you find out if you may qualify for over 30 City, State and Federal benefit programs such as Medicaid, Food Stamps or help with utility bills. It is mobile friendly, available in seven languages, including English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Korean, Arabic, and Haitian Creole, and is formatted for text-to-speech screen readers.

Use ACCESS NYC to find out more about different health and human services benefits that may be right for you or a loved one. ACCESS NYC contains all the information you will need to apply for benefits such as how to apply, where to go, and what documents to bring.”
