Steps to ordering branded merchandise and CCNY Swag/Custom Orders
Step 1
Contact Dustin Schmitz, Benny's Campus Store Manager at [email protected] and/or Joann Huang, Communications Publications Editorial Manager at [email protected] , for design approval or assistance.
Step 2
Reach a vendor from the list to arrange details for the order and receive a quote.
*Want to work with a vendor not on our list? Have your vendor reach the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) to become an officially licensed vendor for CCNY merchandise and custom orders. Be advised, the licensing process for a new vendor will add time to your order.
Step 3
Submit a requisition in CUNYBuy if tax levy or NTL (CTY02, 03, 16, and 55) funded with a quote from your department’s desired vendor, await sourcing, and the issuance of a purchase order. Do not engage the vendor until after a purchase order has been issued by the Purchasing Unit. Only the Purchasing Unit is authorized to initiate the work.

No faculty, staff, student group, club, department, alumni, or organization may sell merchandise on the CCNY campus without the express written permission of the Office of Institutional Advancement, Communications, & External Relations & State tax/revenue related licensure.
