Fostering Healthy Relationships Group 

This group meets every Monday from 1pm - 2pm.

Counseling groups provide support to students with similar problems, help them learn strategies for dealing with personal struggles, and give them the opportunity to talk about how they feel without being judged or pressured by others. Counseling groups meet weekly and engage students in a healing process geared to meet their own individual needs.

The Fostering Healthy Relationships Group is geared toward learning to establish and maintain healthy relationships. Together we will explore topics important for interpersonal relationships including boundary setting, conflict resolution, and effective communication. This group is open to anyone interested in strengthening relationships with friends, family members, or romantic partners.

Please feel free to join us for one, some, or all sessions! Groups meets every Monday at 1:00 pm. 

Group meets in person at the Counseling Center in Marshak J15.
