Each year, students are selected to receive various awards that have been established specifically for SEEK students. The awards are presented at the annual SEEK Awards Program and Salute to Graduating Seniors, held in May. Awards are given for academic performance, community service, persistence, and noteworthy personal achievement. Two of the major awards that are given each year are the Outstanding SEEK Graduate of the Year and the Exemplary Freshman of the Year. Students are nominated for awards by members of the SEEK faculty and staff.
The SEEK graduating seniors are receiving the ultimate award, their baccalaureate degrees, and they are celebrated, along with all honor students, at this event.
