The Rangel Initiative’s Infrastructure Job Training Program begins with Infrastructure Fundamentals (Baseline Training)—a dynamic, hands-on introduction to five key infrastructure sectors, opening the door to a wide range of career opportunities in each.
After finishing Baseline Training, eligible graduates may apply for advanced courses to learn in-demand skills and earn industry-recognized certifications. Our team will help you choose the right courses and create a strong resume to prepare for your next career step.
Baseline Training is offered several times a year and takes place in person at The City College of New York's Harlem campus. It’s open to anyone 18 or older, whether you're starting your first job, changing careers, or currently unemployed and looking to build new skills.
