Chemical engineering major from Ukraine is 6th winner from City College since 2004 Alla Zamarayeva, a junior chemical engineering major in the Grove School of Engineering at The City College of New York, has been awarded a Goldwater Scholarship for 2013 from the Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education Foundation.
