Renowned restoration architect Carl Stein FAIA’s work includes the protection and preservation of The City College of New York campus and its historic architecture. City College dominates Salk awards again

For the second year running, The City College of New York is the recipient of four of the eight Jonas E. Salk Scholarships awarded by The City University of New York this year. The scholarships recognize exceptional students who plan careers in medicine and the biological sciences. A green project by an interdisciplinary team of City College of New York students is the winner of The United States Environmental Protection Agency’s fifth annual Campus RainWorks Challenge.
