Contact and Hours

The Financial Aid Office is open to provide in-person services.  Financial Aid office only accept scheduled appointments.  Schedule a financial aid MS Teams meeting or on-campus appointment. 

For virtual appointments, MS Teams meeting links will be sent via SMS Text when financial aid counselors becomes available close to your scheduled appointment time. You will be seen at or near your scheduled time; appointment times are estimates based on average service duration.

If you don't have a scheduled financial aid appointment with CCNY Financial Aid Office, you can still have your financial aid related questions answered at the CCNY One Stop located in the North Academic Center building (NAC) 1st floor lobby area.

All financial aid virtual appointments will get a MS Teams link via text to the phone number you provided on the appointment ticket.  All financial aid in-person or virtual appointments will be called on or as close to the scheduled time.  Scheduled appointment times are estimates based on the average time it take to resolve questions.

NEW - Live chat agents are available for financial aid general eligibility questions. (During office hours) Account specific questions still need an appointment with financial aid counselors or visit NAC lobby for one stop for walk in account inquiries.
