Contact and Hours

The Financial Aid Office is open to providing in-person services.   All students must have an appointment. You can schedule same day appointments at one of our kios in the administration building or use the following link - Schedule a virtual or on-campus appointment. 

All virtual appointments will get a zoom link via text to the phone number you provided on the appointment ticket.  All appointments in-person or virtual will be called close to the scheduled time depending on length of appointments prior to your scheduled appointment time.

*FAFSA Filing day on CCNY Campus by appointment only. You Must have FSA ID. On select FAFSA Filing day's you will need to make an appointment on your CCNY Navigate App. Click Here  (Currently FAFSA Filing assistance is virtual one on one appointments)

  • Friday, June 21, 2024 financial aid office is close for professional development training
  • Friday, July 05, 2024 on campus financial aid is open 9 to 12pm
