January 2024 Update
This month the project proceeds with elevators numbered 2, 3, 11 and 13.
Elevator #2 is the passenger in Bank A on the south side of the building (Aronow Theater).
Elevator #3 is the passenger elevator in Bank B by the Public Safety office.
Elevator #11 is the service elevator in the north side of the building near the loading docks.
Elevator #13 is the service elevator that services the cafeteria kitchen.
Furthermore, work will continue this month in the elevator lobbies with the removal of floor tiles for replacement. Installation of the new tiles will be done soon after.
Next month elevators #2, #11, and #13 are expected to be completed and elevator #5 will begin construction.
Construction is expected to finish during the summer of 2024.
Note: For the duration of the project, there will never be both elevators in the same bank under construction at the same time. There will be a maximum of 3 passenger elevators out of service for replacement at a time.
