NAC Elevator February Update

Dear CCNY Community:

This is the first project update for the NAC Elevator Upgrades project. Each month an update will be posted that speaks to the progress and impacts that can be expected for the following 30 day period. For this update, we can share that the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) has awarded contract for the upgrading the nine (9) NAC elevators in December 2022. Currently, the contractor is organizing the administrative aspects of the construction project and we anticipate that the contractor will mobilize to the site between March/April 2023. A phasing schedule denoting the sequence that the elevators will be replaced will be shared in the following updates.
