Baskerville Hall Stair and Ramp Renovation

This project’s purpose is to renovate the exterior ramp and stairs located at the Convent Avenue entrance to Baskerville Hall. The existing concrete ramp and stair structure along with its tubular stainless-steel railings will be replaced with granite steps and pavers as well as an ADA accessible concrete ramp supported by stone walls and steel balustrade railings. Additionally, a pair of cast-aluminum lampposts will be installed on either side of the entrance steps to the hall. This renovation project will integrate the Convent Avenue entrance into the historic architectural style that is seen throughout the CCNY campus. The anticipated completion date is September 2023.
