- EAS (Educating All Students) EXAMINATION
The Educating All Students Act (EAS) exam may be required. Check the website below to see if you are required to take this exam. EAS workshops to prepare for the exam are held during every term and announcements are emailed to all current and former students at their City College email address. DASA (Dignity for All Students Act) WORKSHOP
Information regarding this workshop is available from your advisor or from Prof. Lubetsky, the Program Director of the Educational Leadership Program.
SCHOOL VIOLENCE INTERVENTION AND PREVENTION WORKSHOP & CHILD ABUSE WORKSHOP
You will need the School Violence Intervention and Prevention Workshop (if you haven’t ready taken it) and the Child Abuse Workshop (if you haven’t already taken it). Fingerprint clearance and INS Permanent Residence or US Citizenship is required as well as a Master’s Degree.
SBL EXAMINATION

SDL CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
All candidates for Certification as a School District Leader (SDL,) graduating from New York State approved preparation programs are required to pass the appropriate New York State School District Leadership Examination. These exams are administered by at Pearson VUE Test Centers throughout New York, as well as at additional testing centers in adjoining states and nationally.
The NYSTCE School Leadership Assessments (SLA) for Certification as a School District Leader (SDL) are administered individually, by computer, during several separate testing window opportunities per year, at Pearson VUE Test Centers throughout New York, as well as at additional testing centers in adjoining states and nationally.
