Dear Computer Science Undergraduate Students,
All students must meet with an advisor before they can register for Spring 2025 courses. CUNYfirst web registration appointments begin on Wednesday, October 30th for Spring courses (seniors have first priority). The advising period will run from October 1st , 2024 - November 7th , 2024. Details on advising are available at https://www.ccny.cuny.edu/compsci/advising. We recommend that you get advised sooner rather than later, as faculty/general advisors may not always be available.
Students who are NOT in good academic standing cannot register for Spring 2025 courses until their Fall 2024 grades are posted. You may need to file an academic appeal to be allowed to continue on in the program. However, you are still required see your advisor now and complete/submit your paperwork, like everyone else.
Navigate is NOT utilized for advisement for continuing students. Do NOT attempt to schedule any appointment using Navigate; Advisement with the general advisors are walk-in/in-person ONLY; you will need to come to the office with your completed advising documents during the days/times that are listed below.
