Miasha Forbes is known for Butch Queen Vogue Femme, and Femme Queen Performance. She is the founding mother of the House of Prodigy. Her most notable performance is when she came as Catwoman, where she won first place at the 2004, POCC Ball.
About the CCNY LGBTQ+ Student Center
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Questioning Student Center (est. Fall 2021) is a collaborative resource dedicated to celebrating, empowering, and supporting LGBTQIA+ students, staff, and faculty at CCNY. We are committed to leading with a social justice lens, offering and connecting LGBTQ+ communities at CCNY with accessible support services, relevant programming, engaging events, paid internship/job opportunities, and general guidance navigating college, home life, and futures outside of higher education for those who identify as LGBTQ+ or questioning. The LGBTQ+ Student Center is also dedicated to increasing awareness about LGBTQ+ issues, gender, and sexuality at City College. About Ballroom We Care
BWC Inc., created by Ballroom Leaders, is dedicated to providing support, education, awareness, and resources to individuals of the Ballroom Community struggling with crystal meth use and mental-health related conditions.
