Dear Faculty, Students and Staff,
This memo supersedes all previous memos on laptop and tablet loaners. The IT Reservations Desk will be taking appointments for you to pick up a laptop or tablet, while supplies last, this Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Due to our mandate to reduce crowds, only 20 people per hour will be allowed to sign up for a spot. To reserve a time for you to pick up a device, please go to https://portal.ccny.cuny.edu/depts/oit/devicereservation/ and reserve your spot. Once devices are gone, we will notify those with upcoming reservations so you do not make an unnecessary trip.
If we receive more devices after Wednesday, we will reach out to anyone on the list who did not receive a device and schedule a time and a process where you can get a device. We will try our best to accommodate all who need a device to work remotely. Please keep in mind that if you already have technology that will work for you, save these devices for those who do not.
