How can I obtain a copy of my transcript?

You may obtain a copy of your academic transcript from The City College of New York by using our online service.

 Order Online - The fastest and most convenient way to order your transcript 24 hours a day/7 days a week!

Please be mindful of the following:

• Your request cannot be processed if there are STOPS on your record. Be sure to clear all STOPS prior to making a request.
• Please allow 5 - 7 business days for processing.  Processing times may be longer during peak registration periods.
• Please plan ahead and submit your request at least three weeks before your deadline to leave ample time for processing and mailing.

What kind of transcript can I order?

1. Official Transcripts - These are mailed directly to employers, colleges and other institutions.
2. Official Sealed Transcripts - Official copy mailed to the student in a sealed envelope, to include with other documents. Name of institution and contact person must be provided. This MUST be included to process request.
3. Student Copy - Unofficial copy will be mailed to the student.
