At the Rangel Initiative, we believe that progress in infrastructure development is driven by access to opportunity and removing barriers to entry. Many New Yorkers face challenges in pursuing careers in infrastructure, and our mission is to address these obstacles by offering accessible, high-impact training and career support. Through strong partnerships with community organizations and frontline service providers, we help individuals gain the skills and resources needed to succeed in these industries.
While not all Rangel Initiative trainees actively seek employment, nearly 40% have secured employment, an internship, or a pre-apprenticeship program.
