Rebekah Mbetse joined The City College of New York in June 2023. With a Master’s in Higher Education Administration and extensive experience with EAB Navigate360, she serves as the Student Success and Retention Technology Coordinator. Rebekah is the Application and Content Administrator for CCNY’s Navigate360 platform, overseeing over 61,000 users. She has implemented key initiatives such as the "Hand Raise" feature in the Navigate360 Student App and early alert/notification campaigns with the Provost's office. Rebekah also manages new student onboarding communication, coordinates with various departments, and has chaired several committees focused on improving student engagement and retention with the use of EAB Navigate360.
