Paul D Clifford is a Lecturer in Economics and Finance at the Department of Economics CCNY. He currently teaches accounting and finance related courses.
Paul has over 20 years of origination, structuring and execution experience in the infrastructure finance sector. He arranged and advised on financings for infrastructure projects in the US and international markets at Standard Chartered Bank and other global banks.
His book, Project Finance: Applications and Insights to Emerging Markets Infrastructure (Wiley, 2020), addresses infrastructure finance and investment.
Education
Paul has a master’s degree with honors in Economics and Mathematics from University College, Cork, Ireland and an MBA from Columbia University, New York.
