Maya Gutierrez is the Director of the newly launched Public Service Career Hub, which will deepen and broaden the preparation of CPS students for careers with meaning and purpose. The Public Service Career Hub offers personal development workshops and events, career coaching, assistance and guidance on developing a professional portfolio, and connections with mission-driven organizations for informational interviews, entry-level jobs, internships, and experiential learning programs. Through its programming, students will gain a sense of civic agency and critical consciousness to make informed choices about careers in public service. The Public Service Career Hub is part of the Office of Student Success initiative, which offers mentorships, internships, fellowships, and career preparation for Colin Powell School students.
