CUNY Summer Undergraduate Research Program

10 weeks of mentored research in Science, Engineering for sophomores or juniors.  Includes stipend and housing.

National Science Foundation, Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)

Most Physics REU Sites provide opportunities spanning the full range of research of the indicated departments or laboratories, and include both experimental and theoretical activities.  Application deadlines for summer programs that are funded by NSF are usually by March 1.

CCNY Fellowship Program

For Undergraduates Seeking Careers in Advanced Research & College Teaching.  The City College Fellowships Program is an umbrella program administering two undergraduate fellowships. It brings together approximately 10 Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellows and 25 City College Fellows into a single, highly diverse and vibrant community of outstanding students.  The program provides financial support and a developmental structure from the beginning of a student's junior year until admission to graduate school.

Alumni Association CCNY Scholarships/Awards

Undergraduate scholarship funds are administered by the Alumni Association of CCNY as a result of a bequest or donation.  Each one requires a GPA of 3.0 or greater and evidence of community and/or college service. 

City College Academy for Professional Preparation

Administers Science Division Scholarships.

CUNY Undergraduate Research
