To change personal information such as home address, please log into your CUNYfirst account at: https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu and follow the steps below:

4. Do Non - New York City residents working at CCNY have to pay New York City taxes?
You do not have to pay New York City taxes however you must pay New York State taxes because you are an employee of the state.
5. What should I do if I lose my paycheck?
If you have lost your paycheck, please contact the Payroll Services Office immediately. We will need to submit a Stop Payment and Replacement Check Request Form to University Payroll on your behalf. They will then coordinate with the Office of the State Comptroller. Please note that it may take 2-4 weeks for the OSC to mail the replacement check to the home address on file.

7. How long does it take to make a change to my direct deposit information?
Direct deposit changes will be processed within 2-3 pay periods after a properly completed Direct Deposit form is submitted to the Payroll Services Office, located in Baskerville Hall, Room 301.
8. When changing/closing my direct deposit bank account who should I contact first?
We recommend that employees notify Payroll Services first. This allows them to complete a direct deposit form to change or cancel the direct deposit to the closed account, preventing the check from being returned to the Office of the State Comptroller.
9. How do I send documents with sensitive information to Payroll?
When submitting documents containing sensitive information (e.g., direct deposit forms, forms with Social Security numbers like the W-4 or IT-2104), please use Secure Transfer. To access Secure Transfer, log in using your CCNY email credentials.
