About our speaker:

Dave Binder is currently VP, Organizational Development at Pfizer supporting several divisions including global manufacturing. He is responsible for ensuring that key talent is effectively identified and developed to meet the strategic needs of the business. Dave advises senior leaders on a wide range of human capital issues including culture change, strategy development, team formation and leadership transitions.

Prior to Pfizer, Dave worked at Morgan Stanley and JPMorganChase in a variety of senior roles in talent management, executive development and change leadership. Organizational change is a common theme in both of these experiences. At Morgan Stanley, Dave advised senior leaders during a period of unprecedented change in the financial services industry. At JPMorganChase, he led a variety of global initiatives and worked with senior management during several large-scale corporate mergers.

Prior to JPMorganChase, Dave worked for MetLife, Young & Rubicam Advertising and a boutique consulting firm, where he was either an internal or an external consultant on management/leadership, organizational development and change management issues.

Dave earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Ohio State University and a B.A. from Stony Brook University. He and his wife Aileen live in Maplewood, New Jersey and have four children.
