Pandemic Pivot: Creatives, Filmmakers, Festivals - what are they doing?

Everyone has been impacted by the pandemic - and everyone is still reeling from how our work landscape has changed and continues to change. Some have been able to pivot and keep their work going, others have had to change what they do. Hear from different, primarily BIPOC creatives - filmmakers, producers, festival programmers and their experiences and how they see 2021 shaping up.
Guests include: Calixto Chinchilla, founder and director of the NY Latino Film Festival, Barbara Vasconez of NY Women in Film and Television and co-director of the Ecuadorian Film Festival, Anjanette Levert, filmmaker/professor who has been in production throughout the pandemic, filmmakrs Amitabh Joshi and Erik Spinks (their company, Vacant Light), who have been filming and setting up remote shoots for productions.
