Are you a podcast lover? An existing podcast producer looking for growth? Or a novice eager to tap into this field? 

Join seasoned podcast producer and storyteller, Sylvia Thomas, for a virtual session on how to produce thoughtful, entertaining and educational content for your audience, partners and clients. In this talk, Sylvia will walk us through her journey of becoming an effective storyteller and share her lessons learnt from her past experiences and podcast projects.

About the Speaker

Sylvia Thomas is a producer, writer, and editor for the REI Co-op Studios podcast Wild Ideas Worth Living. She currently works full-time for Puddle Creative, a podcast production and creative agency in Portland, OR. She's a judge for the Great Plains Journalism Awards and previously worked as an apprentice and freelance producer for KFAI radio in Minneapolis, MN. Sylvia is a graduate of Macalester College and the Salt Institute of Documentary Studies. In 2014, she received a Watson Fellowship, and spent a year traveling to 35 different community radio stations in South America, Asia, and Africa.
