Reparations.  Personal stories, expert interviews and rich archival materials are woven into a narrative around the issue of reparations today. From slavery to the cumulative impact that Reconstruction, Black Laws, Jim Crow, modern day violence, and discrimination have had on the lives and wealth of Black people, the film also shows people embarking on reparations quests. Through this film, we'll see the myriad of initiatives already happening across the country on local, state & national levels to make reparations a reality.

See the film, which was a WQED & the Center for Social Solutions (CSS) at the University of Michigan coproduction, and hear from the award winning filmmaker Yoruba Richen.
