Fall 2024 Reading Group 

DEIA+ committee invites full- and part-time faculty and staff to an informal reading group, to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion to our shared academic community. We will read common selections from two recent works that explore CUNY's history: Open Admissions: The Poetics and Pedagogy of Toni Cade Bambara, June Jordan, Audre Lorde, and Adrienne Rich in the Era of Free College and New York Liberation School: Study and Movement for the People's University.

PDFs of the readings will be shared the week of November 4. Lunch will be provided
