The Towers is the official on-campus housing community for The City College of New York, conveniently located just a short walk from classrooms, laboratories, and student activities. Housing is available to all full-time students, with spaces offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Our residence hall is located at 401 West 130th Street, near well-known landmarks such as the Apollo Theater. We are just moments from the A and D express trains at 125th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue, as well as the 1 train at 125th Street and Broadway, providing easy access to Midtown and many other Manhattan attractions.

Choose from several room layouts and enjoy a comfortable environment for living, studying, and connecting with others. Suites are fully furnished and include private or shared bedrooms, microwaves, full-size refrigerators, cooktop stoves, air conditioning and heat, with all utilities included, along with high-speed wireless internet and basic cable.

Community amenities include free on-site laundry, a fitness center, community lounges with Wi-Fi and televisions, a music room, a seminar room, a billiards table, and a private courtyard and patio area with barbecue grills. The building also features card-access entry, a 24-hour courtesy desk, and interactive community programs and events.
