How to Make a FOIL Request
FOIL requests for records maintained by The City College of New York ("City College") must be submitted in writing. Please be as specific as possible in describing the records you seek. Requests should be submitted online through the CUNY Portal.
Your Right to Appeal
If your FOIL request is denied, you may appeal within thirty (30) calendar days of the date City College denies your request by using the link below. Appeals should be submitted online through the CUNY Portal.
